Grass-fed beef comes from cattle raised on a natural forage-based diet, allowing them to grow at a slower pace that enhances both flavor and nutritional value. Our cattle are locally raised from birth to butcher by our family—who has been in the cattle business since before 1995 and continues today with the next generation.
