How it works
Step 1. Place your order. (If you are located outside of NE OK, NW AR, SW MO, or SE KS, please call us at 918-930-0077 so we can give you a shipping estimate before placing your order.)
Step 2. We will continue to raise your beef until it is ready in September 2025.
Step 3. We will notify you and charge your payment method for your balance when the live animal is taken to the processer.
Step 4. If you are located in NE OK, NW AR, SW MO, or SE KS, we will contact you to schedule your FREE personal delivery-straight from our farm to your home! If you are located outside these areas, we will contact you with shipping information.
Step 5. If personally delivered, your order will arrive fully frozen and ready to put in your freezer. If shipped, your order will arrive to your home packed with insulation and plenty of dry ice to ensure it arrives fully frozen.
This box includes: 90 lbs. of grass-fed beef.

4-5 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, or Arm Roast (2-3 lbs. each)

3-4 Soup bones (from shanks). Great for bone broth or soup stock!

2-3 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, or Flank Steak

2-3 lbs. of Stew Meat

5-9 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs

1 brisket (7-15 lbs.) *limited cut, not guaranteed.

40-50 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean)
*Each yields different quantities and weights of cuts. The cuts included in each share may vary.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled. Most steaks are packaged in servings of two and are at least 3/4" thick.
Freezer Space: This 1/4 Beef Share will require approx. 3.5 - 4 cubic ft. of freezer space.
